Episode 8: The Feminine Way - Binja's Story

My client Binja talked several times about our work together on her Instagram page and she was asked “Binja, why did you need coaching?”. That is an excellent question, especially when you ask it to a successful woman who has achieved so much in her life. Very often, we think that coaching is needed when things don’t work well in our lives.

But the opposite is true. Coaching is not for surviving, coaching is for thriving and Binja talks about the importance of having a coach as someone in your team that is there to support you. She talks about the importance of NOT “doing it all alone”.

Binja and I worked together when she transitioned from her career as a legal advisor to a yoga teacher. She and I discuss in this interview:

  • Practical examples of how coaching supported her during this transition
  • What running her business from the YIN energy looks like
  • How coaching helped her enjoy her business (the importance of having pleasure in her business)
  • Learning to say NO so that she can say YES

We anchor together the previous episodes from the Water Element Series and we talk about the relationship between rest and creativity.

What is the best way I can support you right now?
