I am in a totally different mental space – it is incredible!
Most importantly, I no longer work long hours, and I am no longer anxious or overwhelmed. This doesn’t mean there haven’t been problems in the past year or so, but I have been able to bounce back rapidly. I have learned how to delegate, teach, and guide my team of wonderful women peacefully, with care and understanding. This is one of the greatest things I have done for the business. Leading with kindness, care, and understanding creates a nurturing workplace where everyone is at peace and grateful. Energy flows, and good things come naturally.
While increasing my revenue by 30% and some weeks only working 10 hours, I have found my creativity again, which is really exciting. I have this new trust in myself and in life. Cristina has been my right hand in my business; I am building J’olie Marie, and it’s thanks to coaching with Cristina.
I wanted to get coached to strengthen my self-confidence in order to successfully carry out my entrepreneurial project. Indeed, I had noticed that confidence had often been lacking in my past experiences, and I wanted to be at my best for my project to launch my own cosmetics brand, which was very close to my heart. But I saw the project as a mountain, and I didn’t know where to start or how to go about it.
Today, it's been a year since I started coaching, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, as I will soon receive my cosmetic products, which represents a great achievement for me after a year of work.Â
